“Stonehenge 5: Revealing the Myth” is the follow-up of the in 2000 successfully launched album “Stonehenge 4: Echoes of ancient Mysteries”. The maker of the mysterious Stonehenge-series reveals himself with this disc, and the face behind these cd's is the musician Paul Hattink. He is a master in quality instrumental sympho-lounge with indications towards bands like Vangelis, Camel, Pink Floyd, Mike Oldfield, Klaatu, The Soft Machine, Enigma and The Alan Parsons Project. The previous cd was well received by the progressive and symphonic pop / rock public, people interested in new-age music and many (super) hifi-lovers.
Also the mainstream public has discovered “Stonehenge”, as 15,000 copies were sold of Part 4. Hattink continues in the new album with the well-known Stonehenge sound, this time making use of even more varied acoustical instruments, naturally with a truly sublime quality of sound. We can safely speak of an audiofile miracle!
